These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of parts-abc.com and all purchases made through the website.
By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.

PartsABC is the seller of record for all orders. By ordering, the customer confirms they are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
Products
All products sold on parts-abc.com are used OEM automotive spare parts.
They are second-hand items identified by OEM reference and, where relevant, vehicle data. Normal cosmetic wear is not considered a defect.
Supply and fulfilment
PartsABC works with professional dismantlers and suppliers in the EU, mainly in Poland.
- Products may be shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse
- PartsABC remains responsible for the sale, support, warranty, and legal compliance
- PartsABC is not a marketplace
Availability
Because used parts are unique, availability cannot always be guaranteed until the order is confirmed.
If a part becomes unavailable, PartsABC may offer an equivalent replacement or issue a full refund.
Compatibility
The customer is responsible for checking compatibility before purchase.
This should be confirmed using the OEM number or by providing VIN, make, model, engine, and year if support is needed.
PartsABC offers free compatibility help before purchase.
Prices and taxes
All prices are shown in EUR (€).
- EU private customers: VAT included where applicable
- EU business customers: VAT excluded if a valid VAT number is provided and verified
- Non-EU customers: VAT exempt, but import duties and local taxes remain the customer’s responsibility
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe Checkout using supported methods such as cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Revolut Pay, and other local options.
PartsABC does not store card details. Payment may first appear as pending or authorised, and funds are captured only after the order is confirmed.
Processing and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery is 2–10 business days depending on destination, and tracking is provided after dispatch.
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer should accept it with reservation or refuse delivery, take photos, and notify PartsABC within 24 hours.
Returns
Products sold on parts-abc.com are used and vehicle-specific, so the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply.
Returns are accepted only if the wrong item was sent, the product does not match the description, or the item is defective or damaged.
Defective products
If a product is defective or not as ordered, the customer must notify PartsABC within 14 calendar days of delivery.
After review, PartsABC may provide a replacement or issue a full refund. If the issue is our responsibility, return shipping costs are covered.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day commercial warranty covering functional defects only.
The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, coding requirements, damage after delivery, normal wear, or modifications.
This warranty does not affect statutory consumer rights.
Liability
PartsABC is not liable for installation errors, incorrect compatibility selection, indirect losses, or courier and customs delays.
Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Data protection
Personal data is processed in line with GDPR. More information is available in the Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Polish law and applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer rights in the customer’s country remain unaffected.
