At PartsABC, we supply reliable used OEM parts and offer fair support if a problem occurs.
When can I return a product?
You may request a return if you received the wrong item, the part does not match the description or OEM, or it arrives defective or damaged.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
How to request a return

Please include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short explanation of the issue.
Return approval
All returns must be approved before they are sent back. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds and return shipping
If the issue is our responsibility, we cover return shipping. After inspection, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
Important information
All products are used and vehicle-specific. Returns for change of mind or incorrect orders are not accepted.
Damaged shipments
If the parcel arrives damaged, accept it with reservation or refuse it, take photos, and notify us within 24 hours.
Warranty Policy
PartsABC provides a 30-day commercial warranty on used parts.
What is covered
All parts include a 30-day warranty covering functional defects. If approved, we will provide a replacement where possible or issue a refund.
What is not covered
The warranty does not cover incorrect installation, misuse, modifications, normal wear, or electrical and coding-related issues.
