At PartsABC, we ship used OEM auto parts safely, quickly, and with tracking.
All orders are managed by PartsABC, including customer support and delivery assistance.
Order processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment
- Parts are shipped directly from the supplier’s warehouse
- Tracking details are sent by email
Estimated delivery times
- Europe: 2–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, courier, or customs.
Couriers we use
We use trusted delivery companies depending on parcel size, weight, and destination.
- FedEx, UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS
- Raben, Hellmann, AmberExpress, Geodis for larger shipments
Express shipping
Express delivery may be available on request for urgent orders.
Orders placed before 09:00 CET are often processed the same business day.
Packaging and damaged parcels
All parts are packed carefully for safe transport.
If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and contact us within 24 hours at [email protected].
Customs and international delivery
For orders outside the EU, import duties, taxes, and local fees are paid by the customer. Customs checks may also delay delivery.
Shipping costs and tracking
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight.
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Delayed shipments
If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
